2027 Genesis GV70 · An electronic rear limited-slip differential

Which 2027 Genesis GV70 trims have an electronic rear limited-slip differential?

Two of the six trims. An electronic rear is standard on the 3.5T Sport Prestige and 3.5T Prestige Graphite AWD. The 2.5T AWD, 2.5T Select AWD, 2.5T Advanced AWD and 2.5T Sport Prestige AWD can't be ordered with it. The cheapest GV70 five-seat SUV with it costs $70,500. It's a 3.5T Sport Prestige AWD.

Our GV70 data has all six U.S. 2027 gasoline , both engines, standard AWD and factory trim equipment. It doesn't have the separate Electrified GV70, other years and markets, color combinations, and individual trim weights yet, so something missing from this page may still be offered.

Both axles can push

Both engines send drive through a mechanical transfer case and shafts to the axles. The V6 adds an electronic rear limited-slip differential. It can control left-to-right rear drive without a driver-selected axle lock.

How this works

The drawing explains where power can go. It doesn’t predict how quickly AWD reacts or whether you’ll get unstuck. The front axle may still receive power during a real cruise. Terrain settings aren’t low-range gearing.

Terrain Mode is standard on every gas trim. Mud and Sand settings are listed but aren’t simulated here. The V6’s rear differential and Road Preview suspension are standard on both 3.5T trims.

About these comparisons

Each illustration and link uses the build behind its number. Comparisons cover the model years and bodies in our guides. Different rows can use different trims and equipment. Missing values aren’t treated as zero; reported prices and inferred ratings aren’t ranked.

  • Lowest listed trim price in each guide, before destination, options, taxes and fees. Cab and body styles can differ.
  • Highest published output found in each guide. This compares available power, not acceleration or the trim you selected.
  • Best published combined rating found in each guide, including regular hybrids. Plug-in ratings and inferred matches are excluded.
